Q: How do I redeem my points to get FREE products?
A: First, login with your account credentials to enable the redeeming option on each product page. If you have enough points in your account, click on the "BUY FOR XXX REWARD PTS" button, then fill the shipping address form.
Q: I ordered on Menfashion in the past. Why can't I see my points?
A: Our new reward program was launched in July 2016. In certain case your points in our previous program may have not been transferred. In that case please contact us so we can manually update your account.
Please note all points all linked to your account email address. If you are using a different email address from the original order(s) the points are not automatically transferred. Please feel free to contact us if you want to merge multiple accounts under your name.
Q: How can I upgrade my account to a higher reward status?
A: Status are automatically granted after you reach a certain amount spent on our website. Periodically we reward customers with Status or Bous points for the purchase of specific products. Please contact us for more info.
Q: I just sign up but can't see my 1000 welcome points?
A: If you have just created your account you would need to log off and then re login to see your 1000 Reward Pts. Your point summary is displayed right below the cart button (on desktop website) or in your account page when you are logged in. (desktop and mobile websites).
